Vegetarian Stir Fried Ginger with Chicken Fillet

  • 150 grams of Veggie Chicken Fillet YOUTA
  • 150 grams of Wood Ear Mushroom
  • 100 grams of Ginger, sliced
  • 3 Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA.
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Soybean Paste
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of Pickled Radish, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Celery Stalks


  1. Heat the oil and stir-fry chopped radish till fragrant. Then, add followed by the Veggie Chicken Fillet YOUTA and soy bean paste.
  2. Add sliced ginger and wood ear mushroom. Fry it until cooked. Followed by, Veggie Oyster Sauce, soy sauce, soy Sauce and sugar.
  3. Add sliced bell pepper and celery and slightly mix it. Then, it is ready to serve.
