- 200 grams of Veggie Abalone with Mushrooms YOUTA
- 5 stalks of Hong Kong Kale
- 2 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Pepper
- 1 cup of Water
- 1 teaspoon of Veggie Mushroom soup powder (V-soup) YOUTA
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- Boil a pot of water, add Hong Kong kale and blanch it, scoop it up, soak it in cold water and put it on a plate.
