Stir-fried Stink Bean with River Prawns

  • Serving Size : 2 Persons


  • 300 grams of Veggie River Prawn YOUTA
  • 250 grams of Stink Bean
  • 3 tablespoon of Chili, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of Radish, chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon of Veggie Shrimp Paste YOUTA dissolved in water
  • 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Palm Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA
  • 3-4 small little Hot Peppers


  1. Heat  a wok. Stir-fry chopped radish and chili till fragrant, Add satay seeds and Veggie  River Prawn YOUTA, with little water.
  2. Season with palm sugar, soy sauce, Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA, Veggie                                      Shrimp Paste YOUTA, and chili. Mix all ingredients througly and little stir-fry.
  3. Put on a plate and decorate beautifully and serve.
