- 200 grams of Veggie Fish Tofu YOUTA, Sliced
- 300 grams of Bean Sprouts
- 3 sliced of Mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce YOUTA
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 3 Red Chili Peppers
- 3 stalks of Celery
- 1 teaspoon of Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA
- 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
- Water a little
- Heat a pan, add vegetable oil. Stir-fried shiitake flowers until fragrant, followed by Veggie fish tofu YOUTA.
- Add a little water, add bean sprouts, chili peppers and seasonings, stir well. When bean sprouts are cooked, add celery.
- Put on a serving plate.
