Roasted Rice with Baked Goose

  • 3 cups of steamed rice

  • 1/2 cup of Red Beans
  • 1 tablespoons of Margarine
  • 1/2 small of Carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup of Green Peas
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of Ginkgo Nut
  • 1 Ginger Sliced
  • 2 Coriander Roots
  • 1½ tablespoons of Mushroom Soup Powder (V-SOUP) YOUTA
  • 1½ tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoons of Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoons of Sugar


  1. Set the pan on medium heat and add oil. Fry sliced ​​shiitake mushrooms and Veggie Baked Goose in Bagasse YOUTA till fragrant.
  2. After that add green peas, carrot, red bean, and ginkgo nut.
  3. Add seasoning with soy sauce, black soy sauce, sugar, Mushroom Soup Powder (V-SOUP) YOUTA, pepper and curry powder.
  4. When the ingredients are mixed well, put the steamed rice and stir-fry.
