- 150 grams of Pickled Bamboo Shoots
- 50 grams of Veggie Marinated Minced Meat
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 2 tablespoons of Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA
- 2 Basil Leaves
- 3 Red Chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA
- Boil the pickled bamboo shoots and scoop it up.
- Heat the pan and add vegetable oil. Put the Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA and stir until fragrant.
- Add the Veggie Marinated Minced Meat YOUTA and prepared pickled bamboo shoots to stir-fry. Followed by with soy sauce, sugar and Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA.
- Add chili, basil leaves and kaffir lime leaves. Mix it well.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
