Vegetarian Stir-fried Spicy Bamboo Shoots with Minced Pork

  • 150 grams of Pickled Bamboo Shoots
  • 50 grams of Veggie Marinated Minced Meat
  • 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • 3 Red Chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA


  1. Boil the pickled bamboo shoots and scoop it up.
  2. Heat the pan and add vegetable oil. Put the Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add the Veggie Marinated Minced Meat YOUTA and prepared pickled bamboo shoots to stir-fry. Followed by with soy sauce, sugar and Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA.
  4. Add chili, basil leaves and kaffir lime leaves. Mix it well.
  5. Serve with hot steamed rice.
