Vegetarian Crispy Chicken Burger Curry Rice

  • 1 Pieces of Vegetarian Crispy Chicken Burger YOUTA
  • 70 g Carrot, diced
  • 70 g Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoon of Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA
  • 2 tablespoons of All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoons of Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Black Sesame


  1. Heat the oil. Add carrots and potatoes and stir until almost cooked, then add water.
  2. When the water is boiled, add curry powder, add sugar, Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder, tomato sauce, and salt.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour till it thicken, turn off the heat and set aside.
  4. Heat up the oil, put the Veggie Crispy Chicken Burger YOUTA and fry till turn golden brown and set aside.
  5. Slice the Veggie Crispy Chicken Burger YOUTA into pieces as you like.
  6. Serve the prepared curry and crispy chicken burger with hot rice. Decorate with little black sesame
