Ingredient

  • 6 Veggie Herbal Chicken Drumstick YOUTA
  • 300 grams of Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
  • 70 grams of Galangal, thinly sliced
  • 30 grams of Red Chili , crushed
  • 2 teaspoons of Palm Sugar
  • 7 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 15 grams of Fried Dried Chili
  • 70 grams of Lemongrass
  • 5 grams of Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 10 grams of Parsley
  • 10 grams of Thai Coriander
  • 600 grams of Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Tamarind

Direction

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a pot, till boiled. Add lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, oyster mushrooms and Veggie Herbal Chicken Drumstick YOUTA
  2. Wait until it boils again. Add crushed red chili peppers, palm sugar, lemongrass, soy sauce. Continue to
    boil the water.
  3. Add fried dried chilies, parsley, and coriander.Turn off the stove.
  4. Serve
