Stir-fried Hue Kuay with Celery

Ingredient

  • 200 grams of Veggie Fish Slice YOUTA, sliced
  • 100 grams of Celery, sliced
  • 2 Yellow/Red Chili , sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA

Direction

  1. Heat the oil. Stir-fry Veggie Fish Slice YOUTA with sugar, soy sauce, pepper, Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA and Mushroom Soup Powder YOUTA
  2. Add the chopped chilies and stir fry until cooked.
  3. Add celery and stir fry. Let the celery still remain crispy.
  4. Ladle onto a serving plate.
