- 200 grams of Veggie Fish Slice YOUTA, sliced
- 100 grams of Celery, sliced
- 2 Yellow/Red Chili , sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Veggie Mushroom Soup Powder (V-soup) YOUTA
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry Veggie Fish Slice YOUTA with sugar, soy sauce, pepper, Veggie Oyster Sauce YOUTA and Mushroom Soup Powder YOUTA
- Add the chopped chilies and stir fry until cooked.
- Add celery and stir fry. Let the celery still remain crispy.
- Ladle onto a serving plate.
