- 3 Vegetarian Chinese Sausage YOUTA
- 25 grams of Cucumber, Sliced
- 25 grams of Tomatoes
- 150 grams of Celery
- 1 tablespoon of Chili
- 1/2 cup of Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- Heat oil in medium-low heat. Slice Veggie Chinese Sausage and deep fry for 1-2 minutes. Set aside to cool down.
- Mix sugar, soy sauce, lime juice and chili together.
- Add cucumbers, Veggie Chinese sausage, tomatoes and Chinese celery. Mix well and serve.
