Jungle Curry with Vegetarian Jumbo Meatballs

Ingredient

  • 200 grams of Veggie Jumbo Meatballs YOUTA, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of red Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA
  • 1/2 cup of Eggplant , halves.​
  • 1/2 cup of Turkey Barry
  • 100 grams of Boiled Bamboo Shoots, sliced ​​
  • 100 grams of Long Beans, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of Finger root, finely shredded
  • 100 grams of Basil Leaves
  • 3 bunches of Fresh Pepper
  • 100 grams of Baby Corn
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Red Chili, diagonally sliced
  • 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves, sliced
  • 350 grams of Water

Direction

  1. Put a pot of water on high heat. When the water boiled, add Veggie Red Curry Paste YOUTA and stir until the curry paste dissolves.
  2. Add Veggie Jumbo meatballs YOUTA , eggplant , turkey barry , long beans , galingale , fresh pepper , bamboo shoots, baby corn, shredded finger root, chilled and sliced kaffir lime leaves .
  3. Wait until the eggplant is cooked, turn off the heat. Add basil leaves and fresh pepper.
  4. Serve with hot steamed rice.
