Chicken Steak

Let’s marinated, grilled and topped with black pepper sauce to make our favorite steak. Those loves grilling will enjoy to get a perfectly cooked steak.  Serve with vegetables or fried potatoes.


  • 450 grams of Vegetarian Chicken Steak YOUTA
  • 1/4 cup of Baby Corn
  • 1/4 cup of Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of Carrot
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 liter of Water
  • Vegetable Oil (for fry)
  • Sauce (prepared sauce)
  • Little of Black Pepper


  1. Add salt and sugar into the boiling water. Boil the broccoli, carrot, potatoes and baby corn till soften and set aside
  2. Marinate Veggie Chicken Steak in the half of prepared sauce as mixture. Grill or fry the Veggie Chicken Steak and cook on high flame till its color turn to golden brown, flip the chicken steak and cook the other side.
  3. Serve the Veggie Chicken Steak on vegetables at the side or add remaining sauce to look more gravy. Garnish more black pepper on the face.
